March 2013 Variety Show

 And once again, Senior Steppers amazed the audience with their creativity, enthusiasm, talent and humor! Now they are getting ready to go International- MERIDA is awaiting for them!

 

Tree planting, cheese tasting and swimming at the pool- monthly outing- June 27, 2012

25 full of enthusiasm seniors arrived today to Caves Branch Jungle Lodge to plant 3 mahogany and 3 zericote trees in the area that was severly damaged 2 years ago by the hurricane. In the morning they arrived for the montly aquatic excersizes, then for cheese testing produced by ian, lunch and then straight to work of planting- amazing group!

On Monday there was a great Senior Steps Holiday Party in Belmopan- dancing, laughing, singing, playing guitar, dressing up for the skit, and even having their own Father Christmas Hoho-hoho!

Today, there was another pre-holiday event- they all were a Cheese testing FOCUS group of the new cheeses produced at Caves Branch. They had to taste different cheeses and fill out the evaluation sheets for them. And of course, there was more of dancing and singing, and laughing and Holiday wishes! Senior steps members get readily involved in everything!

Birthday celebration and a photo shoot day!

Mrs Rose turned 90.... and it was a great opportunity to get everybody together, celebrate it, have photo shoot morning and then some lunch, a skit and a cake for the birthday girl... and then swimming as usual. It was truly a great day-everybody looked sooo beautiful . Below you will see some of the behind the scenes pics.. the real photo book will be finished soon and have pictures taken by Monica Gallardo. We will let you know when it will be ready!
